Patrick Ryan has a diverse range of work experience in the video game industry. Patrick started their career as a Game Programmer Intern at Metaversal Studios in 2015. Patrick then worked as a Client Support Engineer at SilverTech, Inc. before joining Robot Loves Kitty as a Game Play Programmer for Upsilon Circuit, where they developed networked mechanics and in-game interactions. Patrick also worked as a Unity AR/VR Developer at HappyGiant, a Unity VR Developer at Cognivive, Inc., and an Adjunct Instructor at both NHTI - Concord's Community College and Southern New Hampshire University.

In 2016, Patrick founded their own independent video game development company called Fancy Bear Games and served as the Owner. Patrick is currently producing a VR Party Title called Schlocks.

In 2018, Patrick joined Skymap Games as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on projects such as Knockout City, G. A. A., Jett: The Far Shore, république: Anniversary Edition, and realMyst: Masterpiece Edition.
