Nick Yarmolyuk is a seasoned professional in the logistics and shipping industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and CFO of Skypace, an American global freight forwarder dedicated to enhancing supply chain digitalization. In addition, Nick co-founded Maxton Shipping in 2019, holding the position of CFO. With a strong background in technology and management, Nick has been the CEO of Divine Enterprises Inc. since 2002 and previously worked as a System Programmer at BOE from 2000 to 2002. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento, completed between 1999 and 2003.
