Efrat Livny

Efrat Livny is an accomplished professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at SkyPath since November 2024. Prior experience includes similar roles at oolo and Dynamic Yield, where responsibilities encompassed managing large customer portfolios, developing scalable processes, and leading international teams. Efrat also held the position of Director of Business Development at Validify, focusing on software compliance in regulated industries, and has extensive experience in project management and team leadership at Sparta Systems. Efrat holds an MBA and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
