Sagar Pardeshi

Sagar Pardeshi has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Sagar began their career in 2010 as a Junior Research Associate at Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP). In 2011, they were a Software Engineer (Trainee) at Infosys Technologies Ltd and a System Engineer at Cognizant. From 2014 to 2016, Pardeshi worked as an HR Business Partner (Manager HR) at Reliance Industries Limited. Sagar then moved on to Greaves Cotton Limited, where they were a Regional Human Resources Business Partner. In 2017, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Bekaert. From 2019 to 2021, Pardeshi was an HR Business Partner Corporate HR at Utopia Global, Inc. and an HR Manager (HRBP) at Anthology Inc. Currently, they are a Manager HRBP at SkyPoint Cloud, where they help the organization synchronize their "people strategy" with the "business strategy" and assists leaders in creating and implementing an HR strategy.

Sagar Pardeshi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sinhgad Business School, University of Pune, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014, with a focus in Human Resources Management. Sagar also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Sir. M.
