Frank Lowenstein

Frank Lowenstein has a strong background in government relations and international affairs. Frank started in 2010 as the Staff Director and Chief Counsel for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, where they managed staff and budgets and oversaw legal and legislative matters. In 2011, they became a Principal at the Podesta Group before moving to the United States Department of State in 2014 as the Special Envoy for Israeli-Palestinian Negotiations and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State. In this role, they led the Middle East peace process and received accolades for their leadership. Lowenstein joined Yale University in 2017 as the Executive Director of the Kerry Initiative. Frank also joined APCO Worldwide in the same year, where they headed the Global Solutions practice group. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Government Relations at SkyPower Global, where they engage with governments worldwide to facilitate utility-scale solar projects.

Frank Lowenstein attended Yale University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Boston College Law School and Yale Law School.
