Principal Systems Engineer

John Paris has over 35 years of experience in IT service management and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Systems Engineer and Service Manager at Skyscanner since November 2013, John previously held multiple roles at Royal London from 2007 to October 2013, including IT Service Manager, where accountability encompassed IT service delivery, SLA agreements, change management, and continual service improvement. Additional experience includes managing the Server Technology Team and Intel Services Team, overseeing teams delivering services to thousands of employees. Earlier in his career, John was the Intel Support Team Manager at Scottish Life from 1986 to 2007. John’s educational background includes studies at Dunbar between 1980 and 1985.
