Jon Thorne has extensive experience in user satisfaction and trust, currently serving as the Director of User Satisfaction & Trust at Skyscanner since July 2013, following previous roles including Director of User Satisfaction and various managerial positions in user satisfaction. Prior to joining Skyscanner, Jon Thorne worked at Ski Independence from November 2003 to July 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing operations in North America and Japan as the Overseas Operations Manager. Jon Thorne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, completed between 1997 and 2001, and attended Thomas Mills High School in Suffolk from 1989 to 1996.
