David Bar is a Senior Treasury System Consultant with extensive experience in treasury implementation and risk analysis. Currently engaged as a Contract Treasury Software Implementation expert at Bard Treasury and as an FIS Quantum Consultant at SkySparc, David has a strong background in working with blue chip companies. Previously, David served as a Risk Analyst at New Zealand Treasury and as a Business Analyst at FIS, where they developed new features for the TMS Quantum system. David holds degrees from the University of Canterbury and the University of Oxford.
