Sierra Sharp

Sierra Sharp has a diverse range of work experience. Sierra began their career in 2009 as a Retail Sales Supervisor at CROSSMARK. In 2011, they transitioned to the US Navy, where they served as an Aviation Electrician specializing in electrical and mechanical maintenance for the P3 Orion and T56 Allison engine. During their time in the Navy, Sierra achieved multiple collateral duty inspection certifications and was responsible for maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical/electronic systems and instruments. After leaving the Navy in 2015, Sierra held roles as a Warehouse Manager at Big Liquor Warehouse and Sprouts Farmers Market. In 2018, they joined AGCO Corporation as a Material Handler and then moved to Cushman & Wakefield as a Project Manager and Client Manager. Sierra continued to expand their skill set at Haverfield Aviation, Inc. where they worked as a Quickbase Administrator and Sales/Estimating/Contracts Administrator. Their most recent position is with SkySpecs as a Project Manager, which they have held since 2022. Overall, Sierra has a strong background in project management, administration, and electrical maintenance.

Sierra Sharp attended Ecotech Institute from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Electrical Engineering Technology and Renewable Energy Technology without indicating a specific field of study. Subsequently, in 2017, Sierra enrolled at the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
