Sean Nathaniel

Sean joined SkySync as President and COO in February of 2022.

Prior to SkySync, Sean was the Chief Operating Officer at CS DISCO, Inc. (NYSE: LAW), where he was accountable for delivering a high-functioning company and Senior Leadership Team. Before CS DISCO, Sean was the EVP of Workflow Automation Solutions and Global Chief Technology Officer at Upland Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: UPLD), where he had P&L responsibility for over $100 million in annual run-rate revenue and ran the global technology function. At both DISCO and Upland, Sean was a member of the executive leadership team and an integral part of the growth, success, and IPO process. Throughout his almost 25-year career, Sean has proven to be a strong operational leader, having led all functions in both private and public B2B SaaS companies.

Sean has an executive MBA from the University of Nebraska and a BA in Management Information Systems from Northwestern College. Sean is an active investor and advisory board member of B2B technology and services companies.
