SKYTRANS helps organizations get the people they serve where they need to go - reliably.

We are the operating infrastructure behind specialized transportation programs. When an MCO, NEMT broker, transit agency, health plan, hospital, or school district needs to move patients, members, students, and riders who require extra coordination, documentation, accessibility support, or mode assistance - SKY provides the team, the vehicles, and the systems to make it happen.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Connecticut, Sky has grown into a multi-state platform operating across 9 states with 300+ vehicles dispatched daily.

🔷 Three ways we help

• Program Support Infrastructure - The people, processes, and reporting that keep a transportation program running. Rider call center, trip documentation, mode assignment, compliance workflows, issue resolution, and the regular reporting our partners need to see how their program is performing.

• Dedicated Vehicles - Reliable vehicles and trained drivers dedicated to your program. Ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, and bariatric service. Predictable flat-rate pricing. Quick setup. Ready when and where you need them.

• Transit Support - For riders who can use public transit, Sky handles bus passes, fare cards, rider support, transit coordination, and backup options when transit isn't the right fit.

🔷 Why organizations choose SKY

• One team behind every ride — not a vendor network
• Flat-rate capacity model — no billing surprises
• 24/7 support infrastructure
• 100% compliance focus, audit-ready documentation
• GPS tracking, trip-level data, and reporting that fits into your systems
• Multi-state footprint with the operational depth to scale

Our leadership team brings together transportation operations, healthcare administration, financial systems, and technology - because getting specialized riders where they need to go takes more than vehicles on the road.
