Parameswaran CS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and service delivery, currently serving as the VP of Professional Services at Skyvera since April 2023. Prior to this role, Parameswaran held key positions at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from April 2018 to October 2023, including Head of Service Delivery and Customer Advocacy Lead, focusing on programmable networking and intelligence. At Optiva Inc., from August 2013 to February 2022, Parameswaran was a Program Director for APAC and led service delivery for the Vodafone India account.
