Jay Jackson has extensive work experience in the field of IT consulting and operations. Jay started their career at Advanced Systems Development Inc as a Systems Analyst Team Leader, where they supervised a team of 6 analysts and provided support for 600 users. Jay then worked at Robert Half Technologies as a System Engineer, focusing on Windows administration and deployment.

Jay then joined America Online, Inc as a System Engineer, where they performed system administration functions for various networks and played a key role in planning and implementing server setups and upgrades. Jay also oversaw remote site locations throughout Northern America.

Most recently, Jay worked at LeapPoint as an IT Consulting Director, where they supported program releases and change management, coordinated system and script releases, and provided operational support for Unisys Mainframe and Solaris Unix environments. Jay also played a crucial role in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Currently, Jay holds the position of IT Consulting Director at Skyward, where they utilize their expertise in IT consulting to provide strategic guidance and support.

Jay Jackson attended the University of Maryland from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1992, they completed an AA Degree in Fire Science Engineering Information Technology Computer Services at the Community College of the Air Force.
