Michael Uffelman is the Head of Flight and Customer Success at Skyways, bringing over 15 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. They are a former fighter pilot with a distinguished military background, including notable roles as an A-10 pilot and instructor, and have successfully led business development efforts in various organizations. Having transformed Gentex into a trusted partner while overseeing key programs, they are recognized for their strategic vision and customer-first approach. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University, they continue to leverage their expertise to positively impact national security and address critical challenges in the defense sector.
