Albert Tseng

Albert Tseng has over seven years of experience in business development and IT customer support management. Currently serving as a Business Development Account Manager at Skywind Group since October 2020, responsibilities include client development and pricing negotiations, along with participation in events in Taiwan and the Philippines to connect with new clients. Prior roles include IT CS Manager at GANAPATI, where Albert grew the IT customer support team significantly and provided 24/7 service, and IT Support Team Leader positions at both Sapphire Information and ASTRO Corp, managing teams and facilitating training. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Tatung University, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
