Skywise

Aurelien LEON is currently the Global Head of HR at Skywise, a position held since 2026. Previously, they served as Global Head of HR at NAVBLUE, managing people and culture initiatives for a global software company. Aurelien's extensive experience at Airbus included roles as Executive Assistant to the Chief HR Officer, Head of Industrial Relations, and Managing Director of Airbus Services Asia Pacific. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Université Panthéon Assas and a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Human Resources from HEC Montréal.
