Rob Powell

Rob Powell currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SKYX Platforms Corp., a position held since June 2022. With a legal career that began with roles at esteemed firms including Thompson Hine LLP and Baker & Hostetler LLP, Rob has extensive experience in various legal capacities, including litigation and contract law. Previous positions also include serving as a legal intern for the Ohio Supreme Court and the Ohio Office of Information Security and Privacy, as well as managerial and consulting roles in business and IT services at KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen. Rob holds a J.D. from Capital University Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Finance from Ohio University, graduating summa cum laude.
