Tripp A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, business analysis, and sales management. Currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at Slabstack since May 2024, Tripp previously worked as a Business Analyst at BURNCO Rock Products Ltd from November 2022 to May 2024, and as the Used Gear Lead in Sales at Down River Equipment from June 2021 to September 2022. Tripp also held the position of Business Relationship Manager at Summit Materials from April 2015 to November 2018, and served as an IT Business Analyst IV at Heidelberg Materials between February 2011 and May 2013. Earlier in the career, Tripp was an Application Consultant at Command Alkon from June 2008 to February 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Concrete Industry Management, both from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
