Adam Barnhard

Adam Barnhard is currently a Principal Data Scientist at Slack, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this, Adam was the Entrepreneur behind Booklet.ai, where a year was dedicated to building the platform which integrates machine learning models with no code changes. Adam also served as Data Science Manager and Head of Data at Brandless, Inc., where responsibilities included leading analytics, algorithm development, and managing a team of data scientists and engineers. Previous experience includes working as a Data Scientist at Uber, focusing on both Central Operations and the Self Driving Car Team, as well as internships in marketing analytics at JPMorgan Chase and transportation analytics at The J.M. Smucker Company. Adam holds a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management, both from Miami University.
