Alan Grubb is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software quality and development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Apple since April 2025, Alan has held various leadership roles at Slack since July 2021, including Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager for Developer Experience and Quality. Previous experience includes roles in Solutions Engineering at BrowserStack, Software Quality and Automation Engineering, and Software Quality Engineering at Venmo, as well as positions at Strava and Dire Wolf Digital. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Morehead State University.
