Amit Dua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital strategy. At Slack since October 2019, Amit has held various senior roles, including Senior Principal Success Manager, where responsibilities involve driving customer engagement and success. Prior to Slack, Amit worked at EY from January 2017 to October 2019 as a Digital Strategy Manager and Senior Consultant, focusing on digital transformation and business process optimization. Earlier career experiences include a position as a Technology Consultant at Deloitte, where work centered on technology strategy and architecture, and as an IT Project Analyst with Booz Allen Hamilton.
