Caitlin Rushton is currently the Regional Vice President at Slack, where they continue to excel in sales leadership. They co-founded Better Basics in 2020, aiming to eliminate single-use plastic waste. Previously, Caitlin held various sales positions at Vision Critical and Rogers Communications, among others, and served as an Enterprise Account Executive and Manager of Mid-Market Sales at Slack from 2018 to 2020. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Western Ontario in 2006.
