Celine Ferrero

Celine Ferrero is a Technical Success Architect at Slack since July 2024, with prior experience as an Associate Technical Consultant at Box from June 2021 to July 2024. Previously, Celine worked at IBM from July 2019 to June 2021 in roles as a Public Cloud Technical Specialist and Technical Solution Specialist in the IBM Summit Program. Celine also contributed as a Data Aggregation Team Member at LLamasoft, A Coupa Company in early 2019, and gained experience as a Supply Management Intern at Herman Miller in 2018, as well as an Engineering Intern at TUUCI in 2017. Celine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, completed in 2019, and attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2016.
