Dan Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Manager for Customer Success Strategy & Operations at Slack since September 2025, Dan previously held the role of Strategy and Operations Lead at Amazon Web Services from January 2024 to June 2025, where partnerships with executive teams focused on strategic frameworks and internal tool improvements. Dan's earlier experience includes positions at Airtable, where achievements included significant increases in customer success metrics, and Centrical, managing substantial ARR and driving expansion in strategic accounts. Dan began the career as a Management Consultant at Centerline Partners, providing critical project assessments and recommendations.
