Doug Lam

Doug Lam is a Director of Engineering with extensive experience in scaling high-impact teams and enhancing developer productivity. Over the years, they held roles at prominent companies including Netflix, where they led the development of test frameworks for iOS applications, and Slack, where they managed teams responsible for CI/CD infrastructure for mobile applications. Previously, at Sonic Solutions and William O'Neil + Co, Lam contributed to the design and engineering of client-side applications and backend systems. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.
