François Fastrez started their career at Bain & Company as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on various management consulting projects from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they played a key role at Criteo, focusing on company transformation, including the opening of new markets and M&A integration, before moving into a business unit CFO position. Since 2020, François has been part of the Salesforce Business Value team, managing account planning and deal negotiations for major clients. Currently, they serve as the Regional Vice President of Slack France, overseeing operations since 2025. François holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Business School and is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
