Hara Ketha is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in data engineering and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the AI/ML Platform at Slack since August 2025, Hara previously held the position of Director of Big Data and AI Platform at Coupang from November 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development of scalable analytics and machine learning platforms. Earlier roles at Coupang included Sr. Manager of Data Engineering and Principal Data Engineer, focusing on enterprise data warehouse solutions and cloud migration. Prior experience at Amazon as Sr. Data Engineer/Business Intelligence Engineer involved designing high-performance datasets and developing dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
