Jocelyn Ye

Jocelyn Ye is a seasoned product operations leader with extensive experience in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Strategy & Operations at Slack since September 2025, Jocelyn previously held significant roles at Amplitude, including Head of Product Operations & Documentation, where leadership of a high-performing team enabled successful execution of company-wide initiatives. Jocelyn's expertise also includes defining New Product Introduction frameworks and managing over 40 product launches during tenure at Amplitude. Previous positions at Uber and Postmates involved managing integrations and leading product operations processes, showcasing a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Jocelyn holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
