Kimio Aikawa

Kimio Aikawa is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Slack since January 2020, where Kimio leads the Customer Success team for the Japan and Korea markets. Prior to this role, Kimio held various positions at 株式会社セールスフォース・ドットコム from 2010 to 2019, including Customer Success Director and Senior Principal Customer Success. Kimio began the career at Oracle and subsequently worked at Nippon Boehringer Ingelheim as an IS Analyst. Kimio earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Tokyo University of Science in 1998.
