Leona Das

Leona Das is an experienced product designer with a strong background in user experience and skill-sharing programs. Leona began as a Makerspace Steward at The Harvey-Mudd College Makerspace, where responsibilities included teaching various fabrication techniques and aiding students in project development. At Nebula Consulting, Leona took on comprehensive design roles, creating high-fidelity designs, sketches, and prototypes, while also conducting user testing and collaborating with engineers. In the role of User Experience Steward at The Rick and Susan Sontag Center for Collaborative Creativity (the Hive), Leona focused on developing human-centered programming for the Claremont Colleges. Additionally, Leona served in various positions at Slack, including Product Designer and Product Design Intern. Educationally, Leona participated in a Pre-College Program at the Rhode Island School of Design and studied abroad in 2022.
