Lyndsi Donnally

Lyndsi Donnally (Ouellette) is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Scale Customer Success Manager at Slack since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Trustpilot from May 2017 to October 2021, where Lyndsi progressed from Account Executive to Customer Success Manager and eventually to Senior Customer Success Manager. Earlier in the career, Lyndsi worked as an Account Executive at FiveStars from January 2016 to February 2017.
