Manuel Koch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and sales, currently serving as Principal Solution Engineer and Team Lead at Slack since October 2021, where responsibilities include exploring customer challenges and co-leading the Fast Track program. Prior to Slack, Manuel held various roles at Oracle from January 2012 to September 2021, ranging from Lead Solutions Engineer to Business Development Consultant, focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across Western Europe. Manuel's career began at ERGO Lebensversicherung AG, where skills in customer service and sales techniques were honed.
