Marc Harrison, CD, currently serves as a Senior Customer Experience Agent at Slack since October 2022, transitioning from the role of Customer Experience Agent. As a Customer Service Representative, Marc addressed inquiries from over 40,000 annual applicants, demonstrating a commitment to high-level customer service. Additionally, as an Intake Coordinator, key duties involved managing the applicant flow and approving files for processing based on test performance and operational needs. Earlier military experience includes serving as Master Corporal - Crew Commander with The Queen’s York Rangers, where Marc developed skills in leadership, navigation, and tactical training. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Police Foundations at Seneca Polytechnic since 2017.
