Matan Cohen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering and Head of Slack Israel since December 2025, Matan previously co-founded and served as CEO of Doti, which was acquired by Salesforce. Matan's career includes significant roles at Wix as Engineering Group Manager and at WalkMe as Engineering Team Lead. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Developer in the J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate of the IDF. Matan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed between 2014 and 2016.
