Matt Roy

Matt Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and team-building. As Co-Founder and Sales Lead at 21b since January 2022, Matt focuses on maximizing the value of Slack for clients as the first Slack-focused consulting company. In addition to this role, Matt serves as Principal at Noble Point, where efforts are directed towards building high-performing global teams. Since June 2022, Matt has also taken on the role of Community Lead for the Philadelphia Chapter of Slack. Previous experience includes positions as a Business Consultant at Mason Frank International, Associate Consultant at Cerus Partners, Technical Consultant at Pendulum Solutions LLC, and Team Lead at the Philadelphia Cricket Club.
