Milan Moffatt

Milan Moffatt is a seasoned product design professional with significant experience in directing design and strategy at Slack since May 2020. As Product Design Director, Milan oversees Slack's growth initiatives, focusing on user adoption and purchase experiences while managing a team of three designers. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Product Designer and Lead Product Designer at Knowable, contributing to a brand system and MVP audio course app that was later acquired by Medium. Milan's background also features a founding design lead role at SuperHi, where a distributed design team was created alongside mentoring thousands of students. Early career milestones include award-winning design work at Ronik Design & Development and freelance projects with various notable clients and startups. Milan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Northeastern University, complemented by experiences at Hokkai-Gakuen University and the University of Deusto.
