Ollie Morris is an accomplished senior manager with significant expertise in customer success and strategy consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Slack Customer Success Guides for EMEA & APAC since October 2021, Ollie oversees a portfolio of high-priority Enterprise customers while focusing on long-term value, add-on ACV, and churn mitigation. Prior experience at Accenture from February 2015 to October 2021 includes roles as an Innovation Strategy & Consulting Manager, where Ollie led strategy engagements for global clients, built relationships with C-suite executives, and managed cross-functional teams. Ollie also designed C-suite Innovation strategy workshops at Accenture's London Innovation Centre and has a background in financial services through an internship at PD Ports. Ollie holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and History from Newcastle University.
