Rafael A. is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and developing innovative software solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Lead Manager at Slack, Rafael has contributed significantly to the development of Slack Canvas, focusing on various product components such as the channel canvas and workflow builder functions. Prior roles include serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Quip and a Principal and Lead Software Engineer at Salesforce, where Rafael developed Einstein Voice, an AI voice assistant that improves user interaction with Salesforce through voice and natural language processing.
