Rob Gotsis

Rob Gotsis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Currently serving as a Principal Solution Engineer at Slack since February 2022, Rob previously held roles at Smartsheet, where responsibilities included Large and Commercial Enterprise Sales Engineering from September 2018 to February 2022. At Wiley, from February 2015 to August 2018, Rob directed ERP process impact and training initiatives affecting over 1,000 users globally. Rob's career further includes a decade at Viacom, where positions ranged from Director of ERP Implementation Business Analyst to Director of Consumer Products Finance Operations, and earned multiple promotions and awards. Rob began the professional journey at Chrysler Financial as a Wholesale Inventory Auditor. Educational credentials include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Business Management from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business.
