Abigail Eaves, PsyD, SPCC, LMHC, is a Senior Consultant at Slalom, specializing in Workforce Modernization and HR Transformation, with a focus on culture and talent. They have previously held roles such as Sr. Consultant/Researcher at Bridging Distance, and Director of Programs at The Arc of Greater Haverhill-Newburyport. Abigail has founded and operated a private practice as a psychotherapist and serves as a Career & Leadership Coach at Adapt At Work. Additionally, they are currently an Adjunct Faculty member in Organizational Leadership Psychology at William James College. Abigail holds a Doctor of Psychology from William James College and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College.
