Amber Chubb

Amber Chubb is a dynamic and seasoned leader currently serving as Director at Slalom. With a strong focus on operating model transformations, Amber helps organizations and leaders navigate complex changes to drive business results. Previously, Amber held various roles including Senior Principal at Slalom, Director of Organizational Change at Navigate, and Program Consultant at Chester County Government Services. Amber has also contributed as a Major Gifts Officer for the West Chester University Foundation and worked as a Consultant at Gap International. Amber is pursuing both a Graduate degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Public Policy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
