Crystal M. has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Practice Director of People Partnership & Strategy at Slalom since December 2010. In this role, Crystal M. has provided comprehensive HR support across multiple offices and acted as a consultant in performance management, organizational design, and change management. Previous positions include HR Operations Manager and contributions to streamlining HR processes, as well as legal support roles at Microsoft and McCurdy & Candler, LLC. Crystal M. holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Central Washington University.
