Dave Richards

Dave Richards currently serves as the General Manager at Slalom since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dave held a part-time and pro-bono position as a GlobalWelsh Connector from January 2022 to July 2023, where the focus was on connecting individuals and opportunities for Wales. Between November 2017 and September 2020, Dave was the Principal and US Retail Leader at EY, specializing in Advisory Services for the Consumer Products and Retail sector. From January 1988 to January 2016, Dave worked as a Senior Managing Director at Accenture, leading the Global Retail Industry with responsibilities over client portfolios, sales, revenue, profitability, and practice strategy. Dave Richards earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, where studies were completed from September 1984 to June 1987.
