Jim Wall

Jim Wall is an accomplished Principal at Slalom, where leadership development, transformational change management, and strategic alignment efforts are the focus within the Business Advisory Services since September 2021. Wall has a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, serving as Vice Commander of the 934th Airlift Wing and the 386 Air Expeditionary Wing, overseeing extensive personnel and aircraft operations. Wall has held significant roles including Chief of Air Force Budget Development, where a $951 billion defense budget was created, and Deputy Director of Air Force Global Mobility Programs, managing a multi-aircraft portfolio valued at $13 billion. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Purdue University, multiple master's degrees from the U.S. Naval War College, National Intelligence University, and Trident University International, as well as senior developmental education in Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College.
