Service Design & Customer Strategy

John Gray Parker is currently the Principal of Service Design & Customer Strategy at Slalom, where they focus on creating value-driven solutions for diverse stakeholders. Previously, Parker co-founded ismDESIGN, a studio dedicated to innovative product development, and held various roles in customer experience and service design at Booz Allen Hamilton, including leading human-centered design efforts for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Parker has also contributed as a design strategist for the United States Postal Service and taught design principles through internships at the Savannah College of Art and Design. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Rollins College and a Master of Fine Arts in Service Design at SCAD.
