Lisette Hysmith

Lisette Hysmith has a diverse background in program management, consulting, and youth development, with significant experience in nonprofit and corporate environments. As the Director of Family Advocacy at The Children's Center of the Antelope Valley, Lisette developed program structures and managed budgets while overseeing a team focused on child abuse prevention and education. Prior experience includes managing school-based mentoring programs at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and serving as a Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. In the corporate sector, Lisette held roles including Principal Consultant at Slalom and Associate Principal at umlaut company, specializing in digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business development within technology sectors.
