Liz Lyons

Liz Lyons is currently a Principal Consultant at Slalom, bringing extensive experience in strategic, transformational, and operational change within the Public Sector. Liz has held various roles, including Senior Business Change Consultant at Unity Partnership and Continuous Improvement Manager at NHS North West CSU. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Birmingham, Liz has successfully managed numerous projects, notably within the health and social care system, demonstrating a solid track record in operational and change management. Previously, they have also served as an IM&T Project Co-ordinator at NHS HMR and a Project Manager at NHS Salford, among other positions.
