Mark Segall

Mark Segall has extensive experience in IT management and community engagement, currently serving as the Atlassian Community Events Leader for the Los Angeles chapter since December 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Principal and Senior Consultant at Slalom from March 2021 to July 2022. From September 2014 to March 2021, Mark was Director of Community Collaboration Services at ICANN, overseeing all IT functions for its board and community. Additional roles at ICANN included Delivery Manager and Manager of Salesforce, where Mark enhanced processes and team efficiency. Prior to ICANN, Mark worked as IT Operations Manager at Shield Healthcare and Line 6, where key projects included launching a Project Management Office and implementing SharePoint solutions. Mark began a career in technology after serving in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician.
