Paddy Healey

Paddy Healey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement technology and technical consulting. Since May 2012, Paddy has served as Managing Director at Slalom Consulting, leading Customer Engagement Technology practices and assisting clients in leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Adobe, Dynamics, and Sharepoint to enhance customer and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Paddy held positions at Slalom as Practice Director and Practice Lead, focusing on CRM solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Professional Services at Corporate: Insyte, Director of Technical Consulting and Methodology at ext.IT LLC, IS Architect at SonicWALL, Enterprise Systems Engineer at Aventail, and Sr Software Developer at Onyx Software. Paddy possesses a BSc in Statistics and Astronomy from the University of Plymouth, completed in 1989.
