Rachel Samuelson

Rachel Samuelson is a public sector consulting leader with over 15 years of experience partnering with government clients to drive organizational transformation. They have expertise in law enforcement, public safety, natural resources, and transportation, and currently serve as the Director, Client Partner at Slalom. Previously, Rachel held roles including Senior Consultant and Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Associate Director at The Aspen Institute. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Bucknell University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
